So here is The Groundhog, measuring his shadow to see if winter has ended yet. When my candles are lit at Lammastide now, he'll be there too.

Elizabeth, thank you...it is amazing to me still that my little groundhog has traveled so far...I hope he will bring just the sort of weather that seems best!
It is a scorching hot day today with several more to follow. I hope master groundhog is working on a bit of rain for us all!
